Classes for New and Experienced Agents
The Bailey Properties Real Estate Agent Training Center offers an advanced education for both newly licensed and experienced real estate agents. Our training center is located within our Scotts Valley office, and has been producing knowledgeable and productive agents since it opened in September 2004.
Our curriculum allows new agents to reach a productive level of sales in a short period of time, and is continually updated to reflect changes in the industry. Classes and coaching are also available to experienced agents to help give a boost to their current productivity, and keep a step ahead of the competition.
We have several experienced in-house and contract instructors with various backgrounds in business and Real Estate. Our guest speakers are industry experts, and will give insights on such things as ‘time management’, ‘marketing’, and ‘proven sales techniques’.
